Process
Discover. Build. Maintain.
Three steps, whether the project is a mobile app, an internal tool, an integration or an AI agent. The depth of each scales with the project.
Discover
One to three weeks.
For AI projects, discovery runs as a structured workshop.
How AI discovery works →Every project starts with how the work happens today: who does it, what they're thinking about, where it breaks. User interviews, a walk through your systems, a look at the data. You leave with a written scope, what “done” means, and a fixed first milestone. If the honest answer is “not yet,” we say so.
What you walk away with
- —A written scope and a fixed first milestone
- —A map of the current process or system
- —A prioritized list of what to build
- —An honest read on risk
Build
Weeks to months, in fixed milestones.
Working software early. A rough version in your real environment, on your real data, with a few of your real people using it — usually within weeks. Weekly demos, fixed milestones, honest status. Design and engineering in the same room, measured against the sentence we wrote down in discovery.
What you walk away with
- —Weekly demos you can forward to anyone
- —A fixed milestone, then the next one
- —Documentation your team can read
- —A measured result against the scope
Maintain
Ongoing.
We don't hand you a repo and leave. Most of what makes software succeed happens after it ships — the bug nobody saw, the dependency that changed, the feature people actually asked for. So we monitor, maintain, update when platforms or models change, keep a standing roadmap, and help your team adopt it.
What you walk away with
- —Monitoring and maintenance
- —A standing roadmap and regular review
- —Updates when platforms, APIs or models change
- —Adoption support for your team
Principles
Tasks, not software
“We click export in Salesforce” means “we pull customer data to make a decision.” We design for the job, not the UI.
A finding, not a failure
Fuzzy customer knowledge, missing data, an idea in the money-pit quadrant — these are results, and we report them as such.
Measured against the sentence
Every build has a person, a capability and a result written down before we start. That's what we test against.
Adoption is part of effort
A technically easy tool nobody uses is still a failure. Change management is scored like everything else.
Start with a few questions.
Five minutes, guided. The first conversation starts in the middle.
